On April 30, 2021, the amalgamation of Osum Oil Sands Corp. and WEF Osum Acquisition Corp. was approved.  Pursuant to terms of the amalgamation agreement, shares held by former Osum shareholders were redeemed for cash consideration of $3.00 per share.  Details are set out in the Management Proxy Circular.

Former Osum shareholders seeking to redeem their remaining shares as part of the amalgamation should complete the Letter of Transmittal below, using the instruction included therein.
